This year’s fete starts at 2pm on the playing field, and runs until 5pm. All your favourite stalls and attractions will be there, and displays of country crafts and animals. There will be something for all the family, with steam engines, fairground rides, bouncy castle, tombolas, raffle, strawberries and cream, barbecue, cakes, coconut shy, a charity auction and lots more!
Terry Maher, well known country and western singer, is back by popular demand, and the world champion Felton Irish dancers will be here again. We also have some surprises in store this year, so don’t miss out!
Our chosen charity this year is Help for Heroes, and all the money raised at the auction will be donated to them.
As usual, we will be having a table top sale, so if you wish to reserve a space, please phone 01789 778940. The charge is £5 per table if booked in advance, or £7 on the day.

Salford Priors Fete this year was our most successful to date, and enjoyed by both locals and visitors.
A big thank you to all those people who helped us, both before, during and after the Fete - we couldn’t have done it without you!
This year, the stalls run by the Fete Committee raised over £1500, and donations have been made to the Midlands Air Ambulance and the Warwickshire and Northamptonshire Air Ambulance, the Battle of Britain Memorial Flight (who arranged the fly past of the Dakota for us) and the St. John’s Ambulance, who always provide first aid cover for the fete. Other local organisations ran their own stalls, and were also very successful.
The new Scarecrow Competition was won by Eileen Hoare and Neil Heath, with a very topical entry called ‘The Quarryman’. We are very grateful to the Chairman of Warwickshire County Council, Councillor Peter Barnes, for judging the entries for us.
