a. Open Forum: At the Chairman’s discretion residents are invited to give their views and question the Parish Council on issues on this Agenda, or raise issues for future consideration. Members of the public may not take part in the Parish Council Meeting. There will be no discussion by members of the Council during this session but the views expressed may be considered later as part of particular agenda items. During this period, in accordance with the revised Code of Conduct, members of the Council who have a disclosable interest (but not a disclosable pecuniary interest) in an item on the Agenda may also make representations, answer questions, or give evidence relating to that item.

7. | Planning Matters:
Planning Matters To Consider : Planning Applications to Note : a) 19/00897/FUL – construction of a MUGA (Multi Use Games Area) including change of use of the site from horticultural to recreational (Class D2) at Orchard School of Cookery, Evesham Rd, Salford Priors. Following correspondence via email Clerk returned a response of “No Objection” Planning Decisions : b) 18/03712/FUL – Amendments to previously approved permission (17/0821)FUL. Conversion of existing buildings to 3 dwellings with all associated works, single storey rear extension to Unit 2 and proposed new garage at Tothall Farm, Tothall Lane, Salford Priors, Evesham. Planning Permission granted Subject to Conditions c) 19/00542/ADV – Installation of 2 post mounted signs at land off School Rd, School Rd, Salford Priors. Consent Refused. |
8. | Playing Field Inspections –
To note the monthly playing field inspection took place on 25th April with nothing to report. To consider request from resident to extend the skate park. Decision Required |

10. | Highways :
a) To note Lengthsman’sjobs issued from last Council meeting; comment on progress b) To consider future tasks to be issued to the Lengthsman. |
11. | Garden Allotments:
To note Clerk has sent a reminder to all leaseholders who have not paid the invoice for the annual rent. |
12. | Community :
a) To note the suggested street name given to the cul-de-sac off School Rd as part of the new development is Cedar Close. b) To consider applying for County Councillor Grant Fund 19/20. Closing date 7thJune. c) To note the response from John Crossling WALC, confirming the use of Local Government (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 1976 s19 “Power to provide sports facilities in or outside the Council’s area or contribute towards the expenses of any voluntary organisation or local authority that provides sports facilities in or outside of the Council’s area. Furthermore it provides the power to provide and contribute to a wide range of recreational facilities in or outside the Council’s area. This is in relation to a request from the Cross Parish Cycle & Pathways Project for £3,000 towards the cost of a feasibility study towards the proposed cycleways project. d) To note the response from the recent Parish Council Questionnaire sent to all residents regarding Q8 (Would members of your household support a multi-parish initiative to create a new cycle way from Evesham to Alcester which will incur expenses for the Parish Council?). 58% were in favour of this out of 208 responses received. e) To consider the Sustrans proposal to the Parish Council regarding the creation of a new multi user path between Evesham and Alcester. 13. | Rights of Way :
a) To receive report from Cllr Penn on the Public Rights of Way within the Parish b) To note a request received for 2 kissing gates to be installed on public footpath AL42A leading on to Wood Bevington Lane as the new tenant farmer is putting cattle in the field and the boundaries need to be secure. |

a) To consider Section 2 – Annual Governance and Accountability Return – Accounting Statements – Salford Priors Parish Council Accounts FY 2018/19 Decision Required b) To consider renewing the fixed for business contract with EDF for a further 3 years. Decision Required c) Consideration and approval of the payments and transfers listed in Appendix A d) To agree 2 Councillor Signatories to sign the cheques/BACS remittances for payments listed in Appendix A e) To note the bank account balances f) To note the first precept payment from Stratford District Council has been received in the sum of £32,500 |
