1. | To Receive & Accept Apologies: |
2. | Members are reminded of the need to: –
1) Declare the existence of any Disclosable Pecuniary Interest (DPI), Other Registerable Interest (ORI) or Non-Registerable Interest (NRI) for any agenda item 2) Confirm the nature of the interest by explaining the connection between the interest and the agenda item, and 3) State what action (if any) they will take in relation to the interest when the agenda item is discussed*
*In the case of a DPI or ORI the obligation is to not participate in any discussion or vote and to leave the meeting room, unless the member has a dispensation from the Clerk to the Parish Council.
If the existence and nature of any interest only becomes apparent later in the meeting it must be disclosed immediately. If a DPI or ORI is not already registered, members must notify the Clerk to the Parish Council of the interest within 28 days.

a. Open Forum: At the Chairman’s discretion residents are invited to give their views and question the Parish Council on issues on this Agenda, or raise issues for future consideration. Members of the public may not take part in the Parish Council Meeting. There will be no discussion by members of the Council during this session but the views expressed may be considered later as part of particular agenda items. During this period, in accordance with the revised Code of Conduct, members of the Council who have a disclosable interest (but not a disclosable pecuniary interest) in an item on the Agenda may also make representations, answer questions, or give evidence relating to that item.

To approve the Minutes of the Parish Council Meeting held on 15th March 2023 at the Memorial Hall, Salford Priors. |
5. | Planning Matters:
Planning Matters To Consider : a) 23/00876/TREE – Proposed :T1 – sycamore – fell at The Old Forge, Station Road, Salford Priors, Evesham WR11 8UX b) 23/00620/FUL – Proposed : Alterations and extensions to existing dwelling to include; Rear two storey extension with single storey rear attached garage, two storey side extension and single storey front porch at Vine Cottage, 28 Dunnington, Alcester, B49 5NT c) 23/00982/AGNOT Proposed : Replacement of existing 1950 chicken house with steel portal framed building for storage at Limebridge Nurseries, Iron Cross, Salford Priors Decisions: d) 22/01832/FUL – Conversion of agricultural barns to three dwellings along with works and extensions to facilitate conversion, including regrading of access and verge at Three Traditional Barns, Old Dunnington Farm, Dunnington, Alcester B49 5NU. Planning Permission Granted with Conditions. To Note: e) 22/02022/OUT – Amended/additional details to : outline planning application (all matters reserved except for access) for the phased development of up to 18 self-build and custom housebuilding plots, formation of new vehicular accesses from Evesham Road and formation of infiltration basin. At Land West Of Evesham Road, Salford Priors , WR11 8UR. For information only, a consultation response is not being sought. f) APP/J3720/D/23/3314157 – Tea Cosy Cottage, 25 Dunnington Rd, Berry Coppice, Salford Priors, B49 5NW. The appeal is allowed and planning permission is granted for erection of external raised platform (retrospective). To Ratify: g) SN/2302/570 Street Naming and Numbering CONSULTATION for Heath Cottage Development, Dunnington. The applicant has expressed a wish to name the streets as they are permitted to do so by the street naming legislation. Members considered the name “Heath Gardens” via email with the proposed name being approved. |

a) To note Lengthsman’s jobs issued from last Council meeting; comment on progress b) To consider future tasks to be issued to the Lengthsman c) To note one application form has been received for the Lengthsman position, interview date to be set. |
8. | Working Groups Update:
a) Infrastructure & Built Environment: – Highways – Working Group and Clerk to meet with Warwickshire County Council Highways 17.4.23 – Public Open Space – NDP – Playing Field – Clerk still awaiting information regarding the gym equipment from Playground Facilities Ltd. – Leisure Trails – to note Cllr A Green and the Clerk have worked through the iPROW list and received one expression of interest to either run all, or part of the project. One Solicitor is interested and they are also meeting with S E Davis Ltd on 20th April. – Allotments – to note 8 invoices still to be paid. Reminders have been issued. – PROW – nothing to report on PROW to date |
9. | Community :
To consider: a) advertising the position of delivery person for flyer deliveries throughout the parish. b) the applications received for £50 grant towards street party. c) the applications for afternoon tea boxes d) the applications for grants received from any groups/schools. e) re-appointing Mrs Kavanagh as Governor of the Perkins Educational Foundation. f) Removing email addresses from the Parish Council website To note: g) information relating to the Notice of Uncontested Election. Seven Parish Councillors were elected leaving two vacancies which can now be advertised for Co-Option. Clerk has asked for Expressions of Interest for these positions. h) Minutes of TOPs Extra Ordinary Meeting. |

Matters raised by Councillors are considered under this item. Councillors are also invited to use this opportunity to report minor matters of information not included elsewhere on the agenda and to raise items for future agendas. (At the discretion of the Chairman Councillors may raise items at the meeting if considered necessary and urgent). |

a) To consider the fourth quarterly account and bank reconciliation balances, budgets and cash book payments and receipts balances. b) Consideration and approval of the payments and transfers listed in Appendix A and to agree 2 Councillor signatories to sign the cheques/BACS remittances for payments. c) To note the bank account balances |
