At the Chairman’s discretion residents are invited to give their views and question the Parish Council on issues on this Agenda, or raise issues for future consideration. Members of the public may not take part in the Parish Council Meeting. There will be no discussion by members of the Council during this session but the views expressed may be considered later as part of particular agenda items. During this period, in accordance with the revised Code of Conduct, members of the Council who have a disclosable interest (but not a disclosable pecuniary interest) in an item on the Agenda may also make representations, answer questions, or give evidence relating to that item.
b. Open forum for the under 18s.
Chairman to Move: To close the adjournment and the suspension of Standing Orders
To approve the Minutes of the Parish Council Meeting held on 16th November 2022 at the Memorial Hall, Salford Priors.
Planning Matters To Consider:
a) 22/03559/TPO Proposed – G1 – yew x 2 – growing in close proximity, forming a single canopy that has been heavily reduced at various times in the past. Smaller tree situated close to boundry and overhanging neighbouring property. Pollard at crown break – approx. 4 metres- main tree and reduce canopy by 2 metres from branch tips (in line with previous crown reductions) At Hill View, Abbots Salford, Evesham, WR11 8UT
Planning Applications received after the agenda by the clerk:
b) 22/02899/FUL – proposed single storey extension in lieu of previously approved two storey side extension approved under 20/01683/FUL at 8 Rushford Cottages, Salford Road, Rushford. Planning Permission Granted
c) To note new proposed plans for Beech Cottage – Planning Application: 22/03105/FUL

a) To consider Salford Priors Parish Council Precept and Budget Proposal for FY 2023/24
b) To agree payments listed in Appendix A and confirm Cllrs to sign the cheques/BACS remittances.
c) To note the bank account balances
