1. | To Receive & Accept Apologies: |
2. | Members are reminded of the need to: –
1) Declare the existence of any Disclosable Pecuniary Interest (DPI), Other Registerable Interest (ORI) or Non-Registerable Interest (NRI) for any agenda item 2) Confirm the nature of the interest by explaining the connection between the interest and the agenda item, and 3) State what action (if any) they will take in relation to the interest when the agenda item is discussed*
*In the case of a DPI or ORI the obligation is to not participate in any discussion or vote and to leave the meeting room, unless the member has a dispensation from the Clerk to the Parish Council.
If the existence and nature of any interest only becomes apparent later in the meeting it must be disclosed immediately. If a DPI or ORI is not already registered, members must notify the Clerk to the Parish Council of the interest within 28 days.

a. Open Forum: At the Chairman’s discretion residents are invited to give their views and question the Parish Council on issues on this Agenda, or raise issues for future consideration. Members of the public may not take part in the Parish Council Meeting. There will be no discussion by members of the Council during this session but the views expressed may be considered later as part of particular agenda items. During this period, in accordance with the revised Code of Conduct, members of the Council who have a disclosable interest (but not a disclosable pecuniary interest) in an item on the Agenda may also make representations, answer questions, or give evidence relating to that item.

5. | Planning Matters:
Planning Matters To Consider : None at time of printing Decisions: a) 23/01403/TREE – arboricultural work: -T1 alder – Reduce from 10metres in height to 7.5metres. -T2 Prunus – Reduce from 8metres to 6metres. (Consent not required as located outside Conservation Area). -T4 birch – Fell. (Consent not required as located outside Conservation Area). Planning Committee: Meeting 12th July to consider: b) 23/01491/FUL Proposed – Single storey side extension and garage conversion at 29 Ban Brook Road, Salford Priors, Warwickshire, WR11 8XE c) 23/01696/FUL Proposed – Two storey side extension, single storey rear extension, rear dormer window and new porch at 10 Rushford Cottages , Salford Road, Rushford, Salford Priors Warwickshire To note: d) Application number 22/02022/OUT Land West Of Evesham Road. Phased Development of 16 self-build and custom house building plot. The Parish Council has been advised that this application will go to the Stratford District Council Planning Committee Meeting on Wednesday 19th July 6:00pm at Elizabeth House Church Street. a) Infrastructure & Built Environment: meeting on 31st July – no further updates. b) Communications – to note newsletter has now gone to the printers c) Project Delivery Group – to note meetings set for August to walk the route |
9. | Community :
a) To note satisfactory assurances received regarding the grant application from St Matthews Church to provide hot meals and workshops during the summer holidays. Grant paid. b) To note Clerk has contacted Headteachers of Salford Priors Academy and Dunnington First Schools to consider positions of Governor to Perkins Foundation Trust. |

To consider extending the current amenity and planter contracts by 1 or 2 years as per contract. |

a) To consider and approve the first quarterly bank reconciliation, account balances and income and expenditure budgets b) Consideration and approval of the payments and transfers listed in Appendix A and to agree 2 Councillor signatories to sign the cheques/BACS remittances for payments. c) As there is no scheduled meeting in August, Council to approve that the Clerk will implement the delegated out of meeting Payment Process for all suppliers invoices and staff salaries to be paid in full with the authorisation of the Chairman. d) To note DKE Audit Services will undertake the 22-23 audit at a fee of £275 plus mileage e) To note the bank account balances |
