b) 22/00203/FUL – Proposed replacement of existing ‘vine cottage’ two storey dwelling with outbuildings, with a 2 bedroom, 1 storey detached dwelling at Vine Cottage, 28 Broom Lane, Dunnington, B49 5NT

a) Amenity contractor has confirmed they will apply a substance to kill the grass around the wooden equipment which will stop the strimmer causing any further damage.
