There will be no discussion by members of the Council during this session but the views expressed may be considered later as part of particular agenda items. During this period, in accordance with the revised Code of Conduct, members of the Council who have a disclosable interest (but not a disclosable pecuniary interest) in an item on the Agenda may also make representations, answer questions, or give evidence relating to that item.

Planning Matters To Consider : None to date Decisions: a) 22/00382/FUL & LBC – Proposed rear extensions and alterations at 70 Wood Bevington, Alcester, B49 5LX. Planning Permission Refused. Application Withdrawn: b) 22/00203/FUL – Proposed replacement of existing ‘vine cottage’ two storey dwelling with outbuildings, with a 2 bedroom, 1 storey detached dwelling at Vine Cottage, 28 Broom Lane, Dunnington, B49 5NT |

To note: a) Amenity contractor has confirmed they will apply a substance to kill the grass around the wooden equipment which will stop the strimmer causing any further damage. b) To note new fixed rate contract signed with EDF for the electricity supply at TOPs. |

11. | Working Groups Update:
a) Christmas Tree Switch On – to consider way forward with this event b) Infrastructure & Built Environment: – Highways – à to note works to the triangle on junction of School Rd/Station Rd have taken place & the area to the front of the gate on Station Rd has been tarmacked. à To receive report and agree recommendations from DTA Planning Consultants – Public Open Space – à To note CALA has applied to have the Public Open Space signed off with a Completion Certificate and a site inspection being caried out in the next couple of weeks. – NDP – Group to look into the email from Stratford District Council Site Allocations Plan (emailed 6.6.22) and report back to July meeting. – Playing Field c) Social & Environmental: – Communications – draft newsletter to be approved – Leisure Trails – à to note report from Cllr Maude. – Allotments – To note and consider any recommendations regarding Cllr R Green’s email dated 5.6.22 – PROW d) Jubilee – To receive report regarding the Platinum Jubilee Celebrations. |
