a) 21/03752/FUL – proposed conservatory and garage at 12 Cedar Close, Salford Priors, WR11 8AL. Planning Permission Granted with Conditions.
b) 22/00231/VARY – Vary Condition 1 of planning permission 19/00497/REM (date of decision 5/11/2019), to provide increased family accommodation and study (home office) space (for home working). Replace drawing nos. 1968/04 & 1968/05 with 1968/08 and 1968/09. Permission Granted with Conditions.
c) 21/04005/FUL – Erection of single and two storey extension at Rose Cottage, Cock Bevington Rd, Bevington, WR11 8SJ. Permission Granted with Conditions.

a) To note the provision of 4 air purification units from Warwickshire County Council, 3 for the Memorial Hall and 1 for the TOPs building.
b) To note the VAS on Evesham Rd has now been repaired.

d) To consider plans for litter pick weekend of 18th June.

Cllr R Green – To consider the purchase of bespoke village signs to be placed in the centre of each hamlet of Salford Priors.

To note email from resident to MP Zahawi regarding traffic calming in the parish. (emailed 25.4.22)
16. Finance : General
a) To consider Section 1 – Annual Governance and Accountability Return FY 2021/22
b) To consider Section 2 – Annual Governance and Accountability Return – Accounting Statements – Salford Priors Parish Council Accounts FY 2021/22.
c) To note internal auditor report for FY 2020/21 and consider any recommendations.
d) To consider the fourth quarterly account and bank reconciliation balances, budgets and cash book payments and receipts balances.
e) To ratify the payments made in April and agree 2 Councillor Signatories to sign the cheques/BACS remittances for payments
f) As the May meeting is being held earlier than usual Members to agree that any regular monthly invoices requiring payment be signed by Chair or Vice-Chair and one other. These payments to then be retrospectively approved in June.
g) To review the Scheme of Delegation
