Salford Priors Parish Housing Needs Survey

This survey is being conducted on behalf of the Parish Council by Warwickshire Rural Community Council to identify parish-wide housing need. All information is treated in confidence and returns are anonymised.

All completed forms should be returned by the 23rd March 2025 using the Freepost envelope provided with the survey.

The last survey was carried out in 2008 so as part of our Neighbourhood Development Plan review  the survey will identify the current parish-wide housing needs.

Do you want to downsize, are you currently living at home with parents or friends and want your own home? Do you need a bungalow in preference to a house? Do you work in the Parish but cannot afford to rent or buy a home here?

In the current situation many local people, particularly the young and those on low incomes, are finding that they cannot afford to remain living locally. A survey is being carried out by WRCC to identify the types and sizes of homes that local people need.

People with a need for housing who currently live outside the area can also complete a form though they need to have a local connection, for example, they currently work in the parish or have close family living here.
