To note Clive Hickman’s resignation – the relevant notice has been placed in Noticeboards and via social media. Cllrs to now consider filling the vacancy by Co-Option.

To note that John Stedman has been officially presented with the Freedom of the Parish scroll.

Members are reminded of the need to keep their register of interests up to date.

Members are reminded that they must act solely in the public interest and should never

improperly confer an advantage or disadvantage on any person or act to gain financial or other

material benefits for themselves, their family, a friend, or close associate.

Disclosure of Interests
Members to disclose any disclosable pecuniary interests in items on the Agenda and their nature.

a. Open Forum:

At the Chairman’s discretion residents are invited to give their views and question the Parish Council on issues on this Agenda, or raise issues for future consideration.  Members of the public may not take part in the Parish Council Meeting.  There will be no discussion by members of the Council during this session but the views expressed may be considered later as part of particular agenda items.  During this period, in accordance with the revised Code of Conduct, members of the Council who have a disclosable interest (but not a disclosable pecuniary interest) in an item on the Agenda may also make representations, answer questions, or give evidence relating to that item.

Planning Matters To Consider :

None at time of sending

Inspections –

a)     To note maintenance works to the roundabout, trampoline, re-tensioning the zipwire and the lubrication and tightening of fixings is due to take place on 15^th September.

b)     To note all remaining works by Playground Facilities has now taken place.

c)      To consider quotes for quarterly inspections of the equipment.

d)     To note no response was received regarding permission being given for the weekly fitness class.

e)     To note new signage is now in position at the main entrance and the entrance via the Scout hut.

f)      To consider what type of shrub and size required for either end of the skatepark, a quote can then be supplied.

a)     To note Lengthsman’s jobs issued from last Council meeting; comment on progress

b)     To consider future tasks to be issued to the Lengthsman

c)      To consider quote to clean benches and noticeboards

To note the accounts relating to the Garden Allotment competition. This has now reached its conclusion.

To receive report from Cllr R Green on the Public Rights of Way within the Parish

To note various works around the PROW have taken place including:

–        installation of the bridge at AL10/11

–        installation of kissing gate AL10/11

–        installation of the bridge at AL4

a)     Christmas Tree Switch On – whilst this group is not active at present Cllrs to consider the quote for the purchase of Christmas trees at junction School Rd/Evesham Rd & Dunnington Church Hall

b)     Communications – to consider draft newsletter and appoint a new leader of for the Working Group.

c)      CIL

·       Traffic Calming – to note report from Clerk. A meeting has been arranged Friday 10^th September with the Working Group and a consultancy firm. To appoint a leader for the Working Group.

·       Avon & Arrow Greenway Project – to note report from Cllr L Maude.

·       Open space – to note report from Clerk.

d)     Amenity – nothing to report.

e)     NDP – meeting to be held in September.

f)      Allotments – to note report from Cllr R Green.

g)     Queen’s Platinum Jubilee – to receive report following recent meetings.

h)     Cllr A Green to call a meeting of Leaders of the Working Groups.

a)     To note report regarding TOPs works and improvements.

b)     To note report regarding the Community Speed Awareness Team.

Matters raised by Councillors are considered under this item. Councillors are also invited to use this opportunity to report minor matters of information not included elsewhere on the agenda and to raise items for future agendas. (At the discretion of the Chairman Councillors may raise items at the meeting if considered necessary and urgent).

Cllr A Green – to consider email responses by Members

a)     To consider allowing access to playing field for residents to receive deliveries.

b)     To consider an ‘unveiling’ for the Reg Francis Memorial.

a)     To note queries had been received by PKF Littlejohn regarding the amount of reserves being carried forward and pension payments. Clerk has responded to these.

d)     To agree 2 Councillor Signatories to sign the cheques/invoices for payments listed in Appendix A

e)     To note the bank account balances
