a. Open Forum:
At the Chairman’s discretion residents are invited to give their views and question the Parish Council on issues on this Agenda, or raise issues for future consideration. Members of the public may not take part in the Parish Council Meeting. There will be no discussion by members of the Council during this session but the views expressed may be considered later as part of particular agenda items. During this period, in accordance with the revised Code of Conduct, members of the Council who have a disclosable interest (but not a disclosable pecuniary interest) in an item on the Agenda may also make representations, answer questions, or give evidence relating to that item.
b. Open forum for the under 18s.
c. To receive the Ward Member’s reports (3 minutes maximum each Ward Councillor)

To approve the Minutes of the Parish Council Meeting held on Wednesday 18th November 2020.
Planning Matters To Consider:
a) DISC/00430/20 – discharge of condition 3 External Samples of listed building consent 20/00305/LBC at Old Dunnington Farm, Broom Lane, Dunnington, B49 5NU
b) DISCN/00825/20 – discharge of condition Condition 4 – External Materials (Stone only) at Pitchill House, Pitchill, Evesham, WR11 8SN
c) 20/02520/FUL – proposed new single storey garage to house 2 cars at The Old Forge, Station Rd, Salford Priors, WR11 8UX. Planning Permission granted subject to conditions.
|6.||Working Groups Update:
a) Communications – to agree newsletter, informing residents of parish improvements
b) Avon & Arrow Greenway Project – to consider recommendation from Avon & Arrow Greenway Project for preliminary ecology survey
To consider renewal of TOPs lease following letter from Solicitor (emailed 9.12.20)
Former Parish Councillor Reg Francis passed away recently following a long illness, Reg served on the Parish Council for a number of years and also as Chairman of the Salford Priors RBL, Salford Priors Youth Club and held the Honorary Freedom of the Parish.
|9.||Finance: General (Pink Papers)
a) To consider Salford Priors Parish Council Precept and Budget Proposal for FY 2020/21, including bird mouth fencing quotes.
b) To agree payments listed in Appendix A and confirm Cllrs A Green & Shale will sign the cheques/BACS remittances.
c) To note the bank account balances
