To Receive & Accept Apologies:
To note the cancellation of the Annual Meeting of the Parish Council as per COVID 19 April Legislation and for the current Parish Council make up to continue until the Annual Meeting of the Parish Council in May 2021. |
2. | Register of Interests:
Members are reminded of the need to keep their register of interests up to date. Members are reminded that they must act solely in the public interest and should never improperly confer an advantage or disadvantage on any person or act to gain financial or other material benefits for themselves, their family, a friend, or close associate. Disclosure of Interests Members to declare any other disclosable interests in items on the Agenda and their nature. |

Chairman to Move: The Meeting & Standing Orders be now adjourned: a. Open Forum: At the Chairman’s discretion residents are invited to give their views and question the Parish Council on issues on this Agenda, or raise issues for future consideration. Members of the public may not take part in the Parish Council Meeting. There will be no discussion by members of the Council during this session but the views expressed may be considered later as part of particular agenda items. During this period, in accordance with the revised Code of Conduct, members of the Council who have a disclosable interest (but not a disclosable pecuniary interest) in an item on the Agenda may also make representations, answer questions, or give evidence relating to that item.

Playing Field:
a) Members to note that the play equipment has been closed following government instructions during the Covid-19 pandemic. All inspections have ceased, and Zurich Insurance has been made aware the play equipment has been closed. b) To consider recommendations from Working Party regarding playing field improvement tenders. |

Highways :
a) To note the Lengthsman is not working in the current circumstances. b) Please let Clerk know of any works required. A local repair man in the Salford Priors village is available who can undertake repairs and maintenance and has provided relevant insurance certification. |

Garden Allotments:
a) To note that Clerk has let allotment plot 5 in 2 halves. This means the allotments are now full. b) Allotment invoices have been sent and 6 rental payments have been received so far. Clerk has chased for remainder. c) To note expenditure for the garden allotments totalled £346, with income being received for 19/20 of £512 producing a profit of £165. To also note that the Water Plus account is still in credit to the sum of £110 – it is anticipated that this account will remain in credit for the next 6 months at least before any payments will need to be paid. |

Rights of Way :
a) To receive report from Cllr Penn on the Public Rights of Way within the Parish b) To note all PROW have now been surveyed, providing information regarding damaged stiles, missing posts etc. Once CIL monies have been received works can begin. c) To note the process of the land survey has also commenced. |

Working Groups Update: It has not been necessary in the current circumstances for the groups to meet. |

Community :
There have been a number of complaints regarding the amount of dog waste not being picked up. Clerk is seeking permission to re-site the dog bin on Station Rd to the PROW at Bomford Way. A flier is also being put together to be distributed to every household in Salford Priors. |

Matters raised by Councillors:
Matters raised by Councillors are considered under this item. Councillors are also invited to use this opportunity to report minor matters of information not included elsewhere on the agenda and to raise items for future agendas. (At the discretion of the Chairman Councillors may raise items at the meeting if considered necessary and urgent). Cllr Shale has suggested that the Parish Council support the Memorial Hall in putting on a simple event in August to commemorate both VE & VJ days together subject to normality being resumed – please consider this suggestion which will be discussed at a future Parish Council meeting due to timing issues. |

Finance : General (Pink Papers)
a) To consider Section 1 – Annual Governance and Accountability Return FY 2019/20 b) To note internal auditor report for FY 2019/20 has been received with no recommendations. c) To consider the fourth quarterly account and bank reconciliation balances, budgets and cash book payments and receipts balances. d) To note Precept Part 1 payment of £32,500 has been received and transferred to the Deposit Account. e) Consideration and approval of the payments and transfers listed in Appendix A f) To note all BACS remittances for payments listed in Appendix A will be signed at a future Parish Council meeting. g) To note the bank account balances. |

To confirm the date of the Ordinary Parish Council Meeting at 7.00pm on Wednesday 17th June, either via Zoom if the social distancing laws haven’t been eased or at the Dunnington Baptist Church Hall. |
