THE WARWICKSHIRE COUNTY COUNCIL (D5495 DUNNINGTON ROAD & C103 BROOM LANE, DUNNINGTON)
(TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC) ORDER 2025
WHEREAS the Warwickshire County Council (“the Council”) as traffic authority for D5495 Dunnington Road & C103 Broom Lane, Dunnington is satisfied that traffic on the said roads should be restricted by virtue of works proposed to be executed thereon.
NOW THEREFORE the Council in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 and all enabling powers, hereby makes the following Order:
- This order shall come into operation on 27 May 2025 and may be cited as “The Warwickshire County Council (D5495 Dunnington Road & C103 Broom Lane, Dunnington) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2025”.
- No person shall cause or permit any vehicle other than an exempted vehicle to use D5495 Dunnington Road & C103 Broom Lane, Dunnington between the B4088 Salford Road/C214 Dunnington Road to a point outside Dunnington Baptist Church for a period of 18 months commencing on 27 May 2025, or until the said works are completed, whichever is the earlier.
- In this Order exempted vehicle means any vehicle being used for or in connection with the said works.
- The provisions of Article 2 above shall apply only at such times and to such extent as shall be indicated by traffic signs, as authorised by Section 64 of the said Act of 1984.
