Invitation to Tender
Salford Priors Parish Council is inviting tenders for two separate four-year contracts, both commencing on 1st April 2026. We are seeking reliable and experienced contractors to help maintain and enhance the appearance of our parish.

Contract 1: Amenity, Playing Field & Verge Maintenance
This contract covers the regular grass cutting and maintenance of:

Parish-owned open spaces and amenity areas

Playing fields and recreational grounds
-
Highway verges within the parish
The contractor will be responsible for ensuring all areas are kept tidy, safe, and well presented throughout the year.
Contract 2: Floral Displays & Hedge Cutting
This contract includes the provision, planting, and maintenance of:

Summer and winter floral displays across the parish

Planters and flower beds, ensuring seasonal colour and community appeal

Selective hedge cutting as specified within the contract details
We are looking for contractors who can demonstrate quality workmanship, attention to detail, and pride in maintaining the local environment.
